Spam is unsolicited email, typically advertising.
If you see spam in your inbox:
1. Select the message you'd like to report.
2. Click the spam button Report spam icon in the toolbar above your message list. (If you have the message open, you can also report it as spam by using the same button.)
Phishing are emails designed to trick the user to revealing personal information leading to identity theft. Phishing emails can masquerade as popular websites claiming there is an issue with your account (these emails usually have punctuation, spelling, and grammar errors as well as unprofessional formatting and typesetting). Links from these websites usually lead to a site that spoofs the real website.
If you receive phishing request
1. Sign in to Gmail.
2. Open the message you'd like to report.
3. At the top-right corner of the message, click the down arrow next to the "Reply" button.
4. Select Report Phishing.
2017-10-10 1:33 PM - There is a known issue with iPads deleting/re-installing applications. We are working with our vendor to correct the issue. This notification will remain until the issue has been verified to be fully resolved. There is no need to create a help ticket if your students' iPads are experiencing this issue. Any tickets pertaining to this issue will be closed, as this is a known global concern.
