Check to make sure your system software is updated.
1. Go to the Apple Menu in the top left hand corner and select 'App Store'
2. In the App Store at the top and to the right of the window click the 'Update' icon
3. Update any system updates. System updates are at the top of the list represented by and icon of a circle with an X in the center.
System updates do not require an Apple ID. They usually require a computer restart when complete.
If you still cannot connect after updating your computer inform the support team.
